Return Policies
- We have a 30-day return policy for all customers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, you can send us an email at support@trudavegear.com. Include a description of the reason and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return address. Usually, it will take around 3-5 business days for inspection and response. Once confirmed, we will email you about the result and finish the refund within 5 business days.
- For all the requests, we will confirm whether the reason is due to product issues; if the reason is due to our product issues, we will take responsibility and replace a new one for you instead of you returning the item.
- In order to bring customers a better shopping experience, TRUDAVE will bear the return shipping for orders approved by TRUDAVE that can be returned.
Refund Policies
- All the refund requests will be responded within 3-5 days, we will first confirm whether you have to return the items or not and inform you the following steps.
- If the item is needed to be returned, check the return policy part to know how to proceed.
- If the item is not needed to be returned, we will confirm whether the request meets the following conditions, if it meets the conditions that refund policy could be applied, then we will send the refund to you within 3 business days. Note that the time it takes for you to actually receive your refund depends on how quickly your bank processes it.
Under the following conditions, the refund policy will be applied:
- Due to product issues, your return request has been approved while we do not have stocks for the items you asked for at the moment.
- Due to product issues or other unpredictable reasons, product status is not as described and you do not want to keep it.
- You canceled your order before we ship it.
Under the following conditions, refund is not applicable:
- Items with a sale tag.
- Items fully paid by reward points.
- Items fully paid by gift cards.
Damages and issues
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at support@trudavegear.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
At TrudaveGear, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is carefully designed and manufactured to perform in tough outdoor conditions.
We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product is found to be defective, TrudaveGear will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional charge. Products that have been repaired or replaced are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Damage that occurs under normal use and care during the warranty period.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or natural aging of materials.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, fire, or improper storage.

Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by TrudaveGear.

Use of the product for purposes other than its intended outdoor application.

Damage caused by chemicals, extreme environments, or improper cleaning methods.
Please note that TrudaveGear does not guarantee protection against wildlife bites or injuries. Products tested for durability may resist abrasion or puncture but are not certified for bite protection.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact us via email at support@trudavegear.com with the following details:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days and provide further instructions.

Do not ship your product to our address before contacting us.
All returns or warranty claims must be approved via email. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse will not be accepted.
