For too long, hunters and anglers have been told to “just deal with it” when waders leak, when boots wear out, or when gear falls apart after a season. That never made sense to us. You wouldn’t trust a shotgun that quits after a year—why should your waders or boots be any different?

Trudave Gear was born out of both frustration and passion. After countless mornings in flooded timber with cold water creeping into our socks… after too many fishing trips cut short because boots failed halfway through the day… we knew it was time to change things. If no one else was willing to build gear strong enough for real hunts, we’d do it ourselves.

We didn’t start with profit margins, fancy features, or marketing gimmicks. We started with a simple question: “What do we actually need out there?” The answer was clear—gear that keeps you dry, comfortable, and confident from dawn to dusk. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just tools we’d trust in our own hunts.
